Fran McKinley

Mrs. McKinley began her teaching career in 1986. She has a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Mrs. McKinley has been teaching at St. Vincent de Paul School since 2007. She is happily married, has two daughters and enjoys going to the beach, hiking, zip lining, camping, biking, art, reading and writing.
